General Info

The festival runs from 25th-27th July.
Opening times are:
15:00 on the 25th July to 10:00am 28th July. -
Born Adventurers is held at Thoulstone Park, near Westbury BA13 4AQ.

Yes! Our festival offers activities and entertainment suitable for all ages, making it perfect for a family weekend together.
For our youngest guests, there is a dedicated baby area for changing, feeding, and meeting other parents of babies.
A toddler area with a mud kitchen and play area also caters for the younger children. -

The bars & vendors will only accept cards - if you have cash you can swap if for a payment card onsite.
Tickets

Tickets can be purchased online through our tickets page. Please note, we will not sell tickets on the door.

We have adult, teen and child tickets available for the full weekend. There are no day tickets for this event.
Local residents can apply for their discounted ticket here.

Children under 5 enter for free, but still require a ticket. Ages 5-17 have a discounted rate.
Young Child and Child tickets are available on our tickets page.

Yes, local residents within 1 mile can apply for discounted tickets here. Please note there is limited availability.
Activities

We offer a variety of activities which can be found in our Whats On page.
The programme of events ensures there is something for all ages.

Yes, we have a range of workshops including arts & crafts, dance, and cooking. An email will be sent to all ticket holders inviting them to reserve their places on the workshops and classes with limited spaces.

Some activities have limited space or come at an additional cost and must be prebooked.
The full programme will be announced shortly with all ticketholders invited to prebook their activities.
Accessibility

We do our best to make our events as accessible to everyone as possible; however, please be aware we are on a greenfield site with grass paths, so wheelchair access is limited and weather-dependent.

There are a number of bar and food options available onsite,which cater for most dietary requirements. Please get in touch via access@intothegarden.co.uk to check available options for you.

We have the following facilities:
- Accessible parking
- Free PA tickets
- Accessible toilets
- Fridge storage for medications
- Sensory / Calm space
- Lowered bar counters
- Access Manager & team on hand to answer any questions
Parking space, PA ticket and space in the fridge must be booked in advance. If you have any other requirements please let us know access@bornadventurers.co.uk

Yes, parking is available on-site for £5. We also encourage the use of public transport - there is a shuttle running from Frome train station on Friday and Monday.

Absolutely! There will be a shuttle running from Frome train station to the festival on Friday, and running again Monday morning.

Yes. please follow the signs as you approach the festival.

We would love you to cycle to the festival. There is a bike park but please note it’s not undercover nor within the festival site and therefore everything is left at the owners r’s risk.
camping

Yes, general camping is included in the ticket price.
A limited number of live-in vehicle passes are available at an additional cost.
Boutique camping will be released in February.

No, there are no waste disposal points in the live-in campsite for chemical toilet waste.

No. Once you have unhitched the live-in vehicle onto your pitch, you must park the towing vehicle in the adjacent car park.

No free standing tents are permitted in the motorhome/caravan field. However, awnings are allowed.

Small camp stoves are permitted for use outside of your tent but must be raised off the ground i.e. on a small camping table.

We have a fire pit which is marshalled.. Other than this, we have no naked flame policy onsite and any campfires will be extinguished.
However, you are allowed to bring small camping stoves.

There are no charging points in the campsite or main festival arena.
If charging is needed, then we recommend bringing a portable charging unit that can last the weekend. -

The site has deer and sheep grazing, no dogs except service dogs are allowed at the event.
