Adventurers Rules

Welcome, Adventurers! To make sure everyone has a safe and fantastic time, we’ve put together some simple rules to follow. Stick to these, and we’ll all have an unforgettable festival!

1. Respect Nature & Each Other

  • Keep our festival site clean – use bins and recycling points.

  • Respect fellow adventurers – kindness and patience go a long way!

  • Leave no trace – take everything you bring home with you.

2. Keep Safe & Look After Your Crew

  • The festival is outdoors – expect mud, uneven ground, and the elements. Dress for adventure!

  • Stay hydrated, wear sun protection, and be prepared for changing weather.

  • Supervise your little adventurers at all times – kids remain the responsibility of their parents/carers.

3. Play Fair & Follow the Signs

  • Pay attention to safety signs and listen to instructions from festival staff.

  • Only take part in activities you feel comfortable with and follow the guidance given.

  • No climbing trees, fences, or structures that aren’t designed for it – we want fun, not falls!

4. Be Fire & Flame Aware

  • Small, off-the-ground fire pits are allowed in camping areas – keep them safe and never leave them unattended.

  • No fireworks, flares, or sky lanterns – let’s protect the wildlife and each other.

5. Alcohol & Drugs – Know the Limits

  • Alcohol is available at festival bars – please enjoy responsibly.

  • No bringing your own alcohol onto the site.

  • Illegal substances are strictly forbidden.

6. Noise & Night-time Respect

  • Keep the adventure going during the day, but let’s keep things peaceful after 11pm in the family camping areas.

  • No loud music from personal speakers after 8pm – let nature’s sounds take over.

7. Four-Legged Friends

  • Sorry, no pets allowed (except registered assistance dogs).

8. Vehicles & Campervans

  • Only park in designated areas – and once you’re in, stay parked!

  • Campervans must stick to the designated areas.

9. Health & Hygiene

  • Wash your hands regularly – especially before eating or after using the toilets.

  • If you’re unwell, please think of others and take precautions.

10. Have Fun & Make Memories!

  • This is a time for adventure, relaxation, and family fun – soak it all in!

Breaking the rules? If anyone is found disregarding these rules or acting in a way that puts others at risk, festival staff have the right to step in – including asking individuals to leave the site if necessary.

Let’s make this the best adventure ever – see you out there, Explorers!
